He wields a powerful artifact that manipulates the fear of his opponents. He managed to escape Fortune’s Blades during their confrontation, and the party has been keeping an eye out ever since.

Reroll Minervera Ilfiir Minervera is Avvarro’s mischievous wife and a copper dragon disguised as an elf. She likes to keep things “interesting,” and as such can be persuaded to do things if it’s entertaining enough for her. Reroll Rangi Rangi, a lizardfolk, works on the Reyes estate as a groundskeeper. He also happens to be a Fisher, a less-than-law-abiding individual who observes notable people around him and exchanges the information he learns for a price. Reroll Gervais Daviau Art by: Becca / @Dragonastra Daviau has been put on leave from the Southern Elven military for beating an underling to death for remarks about the dwarves. It seems that Roy Reyes II found out about that somehow and used it to force Daviau to be his personal bodyguard. Daviau is a practical man of business, and seems to have little time for frippery.

Reroll Suero Art by: Becca / @Dragonastra Suero is an inner-circle member of the Family, a criminal organization run by Oriol Meritxell, and is one of the “Favorites.” He looks like a very attractive human, though one of his arms seems to have metal shards embedded in it, which he can manipulate at will. His role for his “father” is that of a hunting dog, and he seems to take great pleasure in the chase. Cold and calculating on the inside, when you’re not his target he’s actually quite genial and accommodating. According to Daeris’s contact, he works as a bartender for his day job somewhere. The party was able to convince him that they weren’t lying about being framed for stealing a large sum of money from Oriol, but the party will need more proof to convince his “father.” In the meantime, he will continue his hunt…

Reroll Regan Art by: Becca / @Dragonastra Regan is a reserved sapphire dragonborn who owns a library in Northern Eces. The library’s land is owned by Roy Reyes II, which Roy had been using to extort money from him. He and Rot made fast friends with their mutual nerdiness and awkwardness.

Reroll Warner Art by: Becca / @Dragonastra ​ Warner is a human… or thought he was. Roy’s accountant, he is a nervous fellow with metal fingerpads, a tic where he repeats things three times, and a perfect memory. Upon meeting Rot and the rest of the party, they figured out he was not human and, in fact, was likely an aasimar. Rot recommended he visit a HAEVEN branch, an organization that helps aasimars figure out who they are.

Reroll Roy Rufino Roberto Rodriguez Reyes II A wealthy landowner, widower, and grandson of a renowned vampire hunter, Roy is what would commonly be described as “a douchebag.” Still, when his wife died soon after his daughter’s birth, he never remarried and took very good care of his daughter Mālie. His murder at his own party is the event that bound the current party together, and the ensuing mystery revealed criminal activities presumably used to bolster his wealth. Reroll Sami Art by: Becca / @Dragonastra Sami is a chronic insomniac and bartender from the city of Rosenvalle on whom the party imprinted. During the siege of Rosenvalle, they showed themselves to be altruistic and brave, and afterwards were given a large lump sum of gold to help the people of Rosenvalle rebuild. Currently, they are running for the new elected office.

Reroll Shay ​ Shay is an orc doctor who works as the family doctor to the Reyes family. Rangi, the groundskeeper, called him a “sawbones,” or a doctor who works with criminals. He’s definitely a skilled doctor who takes special care of his tools and patients, and tries to be an honest healer and good person even in the face of prejudice. For some mysterious reason, the Family seems to want him for something, which has temporarily put him into hiding until the party can help. Art by: Becca / @Dragonastra
