Avvarro is a retired adventurer who is mysteriously older than he looks. He runs the Royal Blue Cloaks out of the Lucky Sapphire and is the boss of Fortune’s Blades. He is a shrewd and clever elf skilled in investigating, but he is not without a sense of humor, especially when involved in Mercy’s prank war.
