Rangi, a lizardfolk, works on the Reyes estate as a groundskeeper. He also happens to be a Fisher, a less-than-law-abiding individual who observes notable people around him and exchanges the information he learns for a price. He doesn’t seem to care much for his duties as a groundskeeper, but the job is good.
